Starting from 2025/09/17, the "e-Certificate" application option under the security protocol will be temporarily unavailable for both "Cloud Account Opening and Online Application for Global eBanking" and "Online Application for Global eBanking". Only the "Mobile Password" application option will remain available. If you would like to apply for an "e-Certificate", please contact your account representative or the branch where you opened your account, and complete the "Global eBanking Application /Modification Form". Application documents can be found and downloaded from the "Global eBanking > Downloads" page.
