Sinopac Global eBanking is committed to providing better service and enhancing online transaction security. Starting from the evening 9:00 PM of June 25, 2024, we will be introducing a new version of our security component, ServiSign. We kindly ask you to update to the latest version to ensure the security of your online transactions.
If you are a user with a TOKEN device, please follow the on-screen instructions to install and complete the update to the latest version.
STEP1.
Log in to SinoPac Global eBanking→Click on "Management Settings" →"Certificate Management" on the screen.
STEP2.
Go to the "Certificate System"→Click on "System Detection"→Click on the red text that says "Download" and follow the instructions to complete the component installation.
