[Global eBanking+] Device permissions protection mechanisms, for your peace of mind!

In order to provide you with better services, SinoPac Global eBanking+ requires you to allow the app on your mobile device to access the following items in order to function normally. You can choose not to use or not to allow the relevant services based on the following permissions according to your personal needs.

When you use the following services and allow the relevant permissions, you understand and agree that Bank SinoPac can collect, process and use your personal data content as stated in the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Disclosure Notice of Global eBanking+, you also understand and agree "Device Permissions and Secure transaction mechanism".

Login Instructions

You can use your Internet Banking User ID, User ID and Login Password or Quick Login (e.g. Graphical Password, Biometric Identification) to confirm your identity for logging in to Bank SinoPac’s Global eBanking+ and binding your mobile devices to provide you with a wide range of digital financial services. When you login to Bank SinoPac Global eBanking+, you will also be asked to provide personal information such as IP address, email address, device information and customer identification information.

Message Notification

Receiving of various push notifications requires access to your device information, allowing you to keep track of important account funds and financial information in real time.

Biometric Identification

After authenticating with your mobile device's built-in biometric data (Touch ID, Face ID, Android biometric data), you can quickly login to Global eBanking+ and perform mobile transaction verification services. As the Global eBanking+ app does not store your personal biometric data, if you wish to change your biometric information, please set it in your mobile device system settings.

Save files

When downloading PDF files and capturing screenshots, please be reminded to store your personal information securely.

[Secure transaction mechanism]

Auto-logout protection function

The system will automatically log you out if the login is left idle for too long to avoid transaction risks.

Login Record

The system supports inquiry of login records from the past one month, so you can keep track of your usage and reduce the risk of fraudulent use of your account.

Real-time transaction notification mechanism

After login or transaction is completed, the system will automatically send an email or push notification to enhance the security of your login and transaction.

SSL encryption mechanism

SSL 256-bit encryption is used during network connections to ensure the accuracy, privacy and security of data.

Firewall mechanism

The highest level of firewall protection is activated, and IP, data and service programs are checked in real time. Alerts are notified swiftly when abnormal transmission behavior is detected to ensure the security of the server and prevent data leakage concerns.

Anti-intrusion detection

Global eBanking+ is protected by source code security testing and related code obfuscation and anti-decompiling techniques, with layers of protection to strengthen information security.

Standard security control mechanism

The app complies with the "Standards for the Security Management Operation of Electronic Banking Business of Financial Institutions"、"Mobile Application Basic Security Regulations" and "Operating rules for Mobile Device Applications Provided by Financial Institutions" to ensure the security of customers' mobile devices, and provide them with better information security protection.
