User ID Verification and Change Notice for Global eBanking

Thank you for your continuing support of SinoPac Bank's Global eBanking! To enhance account security, our bank will implement a system upgrade on November 18, 2025, introducing a new verification rule: "User ID must not be identical to the part of the email address before the '@' symbol."
