永豐銀行香港分行作業委外處理事項及範圍公告
Outsourced Activities of Bank SinoPac Hong Kong Branch
1、印製空白支票、支票客製化相關作業。
Printing blank bank cheques and tailor-made printing customer cheques.
2、對帳單及通知書印製寄送作業。
Printing and delivery of Monthly Statement and notification letters.
3、表單、憑證等資料保存及銷毀相關作業。
Storage and deletion of transaction and customer records.
4、運送待清算票據、有價證券、支票、現金等作業。
Delivery of cheques to be settled, valuable securities, checks and cash, etc.
5、發送簡訊通知至特定客戶行動電話作業。
Sending SMS notification to designated customer mobile phone numbers.
6、網路銀行系統管理、維護、資料處理後勤作業及客戶服務作業。
Internet banking system management, maintenance, data processing and customer services.
7、委託總行處理銀行核心交易系統及其周邊系統(如銀行主系統、SWIFT匯款系統、MRUEX財務交易系統、AML反洗錢系統等)之日終作業、資料備份、程式換版、系統維護及主機共置等。
Outsourced to Head Office for day-end process, data backup, change management, system maintenance and server collation of the core banking transaction system and its peripheral systems (e.g., core banking system, SWIFT system, Murex System, Anti-money Laundering System, etc.)
8、委託總行處理部份金融/財務交易後台作業及非營業時間金融卡掛失作業。
Outsourced to Head Office for processing part back-office operation of financial / treasury transactions and ATM card lost reporting on non-business hours.
