In compliance with Apple’s TLS certificate requirements for Safari / macOS / iOS, and to enhance online transaction security, Global eBanking will launch a new security component for MAC computers starting at 9:00 PM on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Please follow the on-screen instructions to update the security component to the latest version to ensure transaction security and system stability.
Important Reminder:
Starting on December 31, 2025, only the updated security component will be supported for online transactions. Please complete the update before the deadline to avoid any service disruption.
For users with security tokens, please follow the on-screen steps to complete the update.
STEP1. Log in to Global eBanking→Click on "Management Settings" →"Certificate Management" on the screen.
STEP2. Access the "Certificate System"→Click on "System Detection"→Click on the red "Download" text, and follow the instructions to complete the component installation.
