Important Notice Regarding Global eBanking Services for Corporate and Business Entity Customers of Bank SinoPac


Dear Customer,

 

To ensure the accuracy of customer information and fulfill Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, the Bank regularly checks the latest registration status of Corporate and Business Entity Customers through the Businesses Registration Services of Administration of Commerce, MOEA, and updates our customer information accordingly.

 

According to Article 16, Paragraph 5 of the “Global eBanking Services Agreement, if your company/business's registration status is listed as "dissolution", "revocation" or "rescission" in the official business registration records, the Bank will terminate the your access to the Global eBanking system for both individual and shared online banking members, and simultaneously cancel any pre-booked but unexecuted transactions of your company/business on the Global eBanking. If your company/business's registration status is "suspension " or "cessation", the Bank will temporarily suspend the your access to the Global eBanking system. If you still have transaction needs, please contact any of our branch offices in person.
