Banking Services Adjustment of Bank SinoPac

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be advised that Bank SinoPac Hong Kong Branch is going to revise captioned services as follows:

1. Interest Payable Frequency Adjustment for Saving Accounts – Applicable to all currencies (Effective Date: 20 October 2019)

 Before Adjustment

After Adjustment

Interest Paid on Every Six Months

(21 June & 21 December)

Interest Pay by the 20th of Every Month

(To pay one day in advance when it falls on a holiday)

2. No Interest will be payable for Current Accounts – Applicable to all currencies (Effective Date: 21 December 2019)

 Current Accounts will stop calculating interest since 21 December 2019.

3. The notification of e-Statement Service enhancement (Effective Date: 1 December 2019)

With effect from 1 Dec 2019, Please Login Your Internet Banking Account To Review The e-Statement

To enhance the online security level, customers are required to login internet banking to review the e-Statement with effect from 1 December 2019 (“Effective Date”). E-advice will remain unchanged.
