Please be informed that the amendments to “Notice of treatment as a Professional Investor” and “Risk Disclosure Statement and Customer Statement for Securities Trading Services” (collectively, the “Terms”) that will take effect from 07 December 2026 (the "Effective Date").
Please note that your continuous use of our services on or after the Effective Date constitutes your agreement and acceptance of the amendments on the Terms which shall be binding on you. We may not be able to continue to provide relevant services applicable to you if you do not accept the amendments to the Terms.
