Complete real-name registration for pre-paid SIM card to continue using Bank SinoPac Hong Kong Branch services
According to the Office of the Communication Authority in Hong Kong, unregistered pre-paid SIM cards can no longer be used after 23 Feb 2023.
To access Banking services and receive our notifications, please complete registration with your service provider, or update another valid contact number in our record if you are using an unregistered pre-paid SIM card number as your contact number with us.
How to update contact details?
Please download the form (Please browse MMAb2c website and select “Download” > “Hong Kong” > “【香港】定存及本行轉帳/匯款/銀行交易指示單」”) to update your contact details and return the completed original copy to Bank SinoPac Hong Kong Branch (Hong Kong Branch address: 18/F, One Peking, 1 Peking Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong), or call our Customer Service Centre Hotline at (852) 2907 6968 if you have any enquiries.
