To comply with updated remittance requirements, effective 27 October 2026, customers submitting outward remittances
through Global e-Banking must provide the beneficiary’s complete address, including:
- Street Address
- Town/City
- Country/Region
Outward remittance transactions with incomplete beneficiary address information will not be processed.
If you have scheduled outward remittance transactions with a payment date on or after 27 October 2026, please review the beneficiary details of your existing scheduled payments and ensure that all required address information has been provided.
Where any beneficiary address information is incomplete, please cancel the existing scheduled transaction and re-create it with the complete beneficiary address before the effective date to avoid any disruption to your payment processing. Scheduled transactions that do not contain the required beneficiary address information will not be executed and will need to be resubmitted.
