Notice of Handling Procedures for Following up Mis-transfer of Funds Reported by Customers

如贵客户发现 如贵客户发现 账户发生错误转账,请立即联络永丰 银行 香港分银行 香港分银行 香港分(“本行 ”)客户服务热线 (+852) 2907-6968,协助您进行后续处理程序。

If there is any mis-transfer of fund from your account, please contact our Customer Service Hotline at (+852) 2907-6968 immediately for assistance.

在此本行提醒客户注意以下事项:
We would like to remind you of the following:

1) 请谨慎处理转账交易,避免错误发生。
Please be reminded to conduct fund-transferring carefully and avoid making payments to third party by mistake.

2) 若账户遇有错误或来历不明的资金转入,请通知本行协助办理退款。
If there are any unknown or mis-transferred funds deposited into your account, please contact our Bank immediately to arrange returning of funds.

3) 若拒绝退还错误转入的资金可能会产生法律责任。
If there’s any refusal to return mis-transferred fund, it may invoke possible criminal liability.
